The Dynair Extreme – made in Germany – is the largest member of the Dynair family. With a diameter of 80 cm and a height of 18 cm, it is perfect for use as a meditation cushion and seating cushion. Gentle vibrations are immediately absorbed by the cushion and transmitted to the spine. To maintain a relaxed sitting position, constant adjustments are required, which provides a challenge for the spinal and core muscles. Additionally, spine training and exercises to improve core stability can be performed perfectly in dorsal or ventral positions.

Like all Dynair balance cushions, the Dynair Extreme is equipped with well-tested nodules on one side and a smooth, soft surface on the other.
