Each capsule of BODY ATTACK Taurine 3000 contains a natural sulfonic amino acid called taurine, which is involved in regulating fluid balance and calcium flow in cells. This is important for the body and muscle cells to be filled with water. Water is considered a solvent and a carrier of nutrients, providing cells with energy and oxygen.
The increase of taurine flow in muscle cells can be observed in healthy individuals who perform endurance training for more than 90 minutes. Therefore, supplementing with BODY ATTACK Taurine 3000 during times of increased physical effort can be quite useful.
Taurine is also mainly taken from a diet that includes fish, meat, and milk. BODY ATTACK Taurine 3000 can also be a useful supplement for all those who are vegetarians or who follow a meat-poor diet or low-calorie diets and thus only take a limited amount of taurine.
Administration: On training days, take 1 capsule in the morning, before and after intense exercise with plenty of water (200 ml). On non-training days, take 3 capsules throughout the day, between meals. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Ingredients: taurine (85.6%), gelatin (capsule (beef)), separating agent (magnesium stearate), colorant (titanium dioxide).
