Togu Balance Board - Balanza Ballstep

Balanza Ballstep - Made in Germany, is a balance board designed for increased stability and dynamism.
With four balls placed under the wooden board, it provides both humans and animals the opportunity to start and improve sensorimotor training.

The training is more intensive in-depth, enhancing perception, stimulus processing, and stability. Under the specially developed board are four highly robust, air-filled balls. Unlike conventional balance boards or steppers, the support surface is unstable due to this special construction. Thus, the training strengthens deep stabilizing muscle groups, reaction capacity, and coordination.
The Balanza Ballstep is ideal for stabilization and coordination exercises while standing, as well as for support exercises.

When performing balance exercises on the Balanza Ballstep, you also train the muscles responsible for joint mobility and stability. Additionally, the core and back muscles are strengthened, helping to prevent back pain before it occurs. With the “Aktion Gesunder Rücken” (AGR) seal of approval, an independent jury of doctors and scientists confirms its beneficial effects on the back.
